Always keep an overview
The "Material Return Portal" serves as a user interface for handling the entire material return process. Claims can also be processed quickly and easily there. The affected product can be sent directly to the selected B&R location or the "B&R Repair Center AT-Eggelsberg". To do this, you can simply use an order from the portal as a delivery bill, which you print out and enclose with the delivery.
Trusting business relationships are based on transparency. You therefore have a round-the-clock overview of the status of your order. All service documents are available online and clearly displayed.
