Always keep an overview
The "Material Return Portal" serves as a user interface for handling the entire material return process. Claims can also be processed quickly and easily there. The affected product can be sent directly to the selected B&R location or the "B&R Repair Center AT-Eggelsberg". To do this, you can simply use an order from the portal as a delivery bill, which you print out and enclose with the delivery.
Trusting business relationships are based on transparency. You therefore have a round-the-clock overview of the status of your order. All service documents are available online and clearly displayed.

The access data for the "Material Return Portal" is the same as your previously used login data for the B&R website. After entering your username and password, you will be redirected to the "Material Return Portal" start page.
