Learning objectives and content
Participants will be competent after the training in the following:
- ability to install and configure SLES OS;
- ability to apply basic ST programming language constructs;
- ability to load the operating system into the controller and perform system updates;
- ability to carry out configuration of racks;
- ability to diagnose equipment using standard diagnostic tools;
- ability to create function blocks in Automation Studio;
- ability to upload and download a backup of the CPU;
- ability to carry out installation and configuration of APROL;
- ability to create function, graphic and UCB blocks, hypermacroses in APROL;
- ability to configure network communication on all levels;
- ability to use Python programming language functions to handle events in APROL;
- ability to program and support MPSA project in APROL development environment.
